Jordan's Book Fair Wish List

Jordan's elementary school is having a book fair this week.  Each class got to go through and look at the books today. Then they were able to make a Wish List to bring home for Mommy and Daddy.  Here are the books that were on Jordan's Book Fair Wish List:  

My Little Pony Paper Play Scene ( Crafty! and she loves the new show on the Hub), 

Disney Wishes Come True ( Ties into our Disney World trip this summer), 

Little Kids Look & Learn to Count!  (Way below her level of reading, but had pictures of Blue Macaws and Dolphins), 

Marley the Messy Dog (Yep, she's messy), 

Sea Horses ( Speaks for itself), and 

Hungry Hungry Shark! ( Yikes!) 

She is really coming along with her reading so we were happy to invest in some more books.  

We were to send her to school with money for the books, or we could go to the school on Tuesday evening for Family Book Fair Night.  We chose to go to the school to help the child make good book choices.  She stuck to her list, though I said no about a the $7 book that she only wanted for a picture or two! She then replaced it with a book about The Smurfs.  Great!!  We bought her new teacher, Ms. Williams a book from HER wish list, too.  We get to put a sticker in it that says that it is from Jordan, so she will always remember who gave it to her.  We also left with this poster: 

Apparently we were not the only family who left with this same poster because Blake reported there was only one left in the box!  Funny!
