Panini Anyone?

I am a panini-makin' fool! Sandwiches are so much nicer when they are slightly crispy on the outside and gooey/cheesy on the inside.  Thanks, Kapra!  
 This is my new panini press!
 This is my yummy sandwich with pastrami, pepper jack cheese, and spicy mustard. 
Delicious!
